Dogs make you go outside
Outside is fine, as long as it's not with a bunch of other people. Walk that dog early in the morning or in the middle of the day, not at the "normal" times.
Well there's your problem, move to a wasteland. :)
That was me in high school. Then I moved and married an extrovert in denial (claims to be an introvert, but COVID hit them hard, so I'm not so sure). Seems to work out okay.
