So the fact that this will kill people is obviously awful, you should be allowed to wear a mask to protect your health without having to convince a cop
But also, you should be allowed to wear a mask to protect your identity in public. Anonymity should be a right and if you want to go out in public dressed in a full morph suit to hide your identity that should be allowed.
