Yes, let's just forget all the history about how the Jews were scattered during various occupations over the last 3000-4000 years.
Canaanites, Phoenicians, Amaleks, Egyptians have just as much if not more of a historic right to the land of Palestine.
In any event Ashkenazis have no genetic lineage to Palestine or even the Middle East.
Israel only exists because of British imperialism, settler colonialism, and US protection.
Israel existed long before America or England were nation states.
