I think it's supposed to sit like that. Here is another photo from the boat's website that looks the same:
In this photo you can see a thin strip of black above the waterline all the way down, and significantly more at the stern and bow.
She does sit pretty low though, you're right.
Me either, I like my vacations with more personal space and dry land
I'm talking about how low it is in the water; you should be able to see the safety paint above water all along the hull, not just a little bit at the bow.
That thing looks overloaded and waaaaay to apt to capsize.
Oh damn I don't know shit about boats 😬 that's nuts though, isn't there a regulatory body for boats like this?
I think it is mostly the insurance companies who demanded it in the first place. I don't know how it works from a regulatory perspective.
