Huh, I've never had stuffed mushrooms before.
Stuffed is a bit misleading. It's more like you pile things on top. Delicious though
I mean the stuffedness is directly proportional to the concavity of the mushroom. Some mushrooms are more flat, some are more... stuffable

There's a LOT of different kinds out there and honestly it's hard to go wrong. And lemme tell you about battering them up and deep friying after stuffing. Oof
Morels are hollow, so you could stuff those.
Roast some portabellos after marinating them in like idk balsamic vinegar and seasoning, then top them with ratatouille. To make it extra visually appealing steam some kale and serve it on a bed of that
