Most people feel before they think. The fact you didn't consider that leads me to conclude your definition of "reasonable" is flawed.

You obviously don´t understand at all what reasonable means. Something is reasonable when it is based on logic reasoning (and not on emotion). That is exactly what makes it reasonable.

Reason is the capacity of applying logic consciously by drawing conclusions from new or existing information, with the aim of seeking the truth (...) Reason is sometimes referred to as rationality Source: Wikipedia
