You make it sound like a vacation paradise
It's not.
Come down here during the late fall/winter and it's great. It feels like a nice spring day. I'm originally from NJ and it always makes me laugh when it's like January and I see people walking around with coats on and I'm walking around in shorts and a T-shirt. I remember one day in December after my dance class I walked outside with a few people and said "damn, it feels great out here" and the girl gave me the "WTF is wrong with you?" look because she was freezing ๐
