It seems to me, that stopping my day to write down that some guy was rude for 3 seconds seems like I give an immense amount of fucks
If it was enough for you to write down then it’s enough to work on not giving a fuck about
Yeah, I guess that's the point: if you see a pattern of giving a fuck about something minor, it can become easier to work on not giving a fuck about it. Sometimes not giving a fuck can take fucks.
It's not about noting down that something happened, it's about noting down that you cared about that thing happening. You don't note things down you don't care about.
So it s a journal of you actually giving a fuck about things? Why? Isn’t the point to not give any fucks?
The first step to solving a problem is to identify the problem. Then you spend 6-18 months gathering data to make very sexy graphs for your slideshows letting you document the gradual decrease in fucks given.
