MODERATORS
I'll one-up you there: I pirate almost all AAAAA (how many A's are we on now?) games even if I legally "own" a copy.
It's usually much faster to grab a public torrent of a repack and install that, vs. navigating one or two different copy protection platforms with their own unique logins trying to talk with my normal copy protection platform (Steam). Per title.
Example: my partner spent four hours yesterday trying to get Mass Effect: Legendary Edition working on their rig. I downloaded a repack in about 12 minutes, and had the installer ready to finish 20 minutes later. No muss, no fuss, no logins, just gaming. In under 30 minutes.
