Why does everything in the picture look blurry?
You have to disable motion blur.
It was AI upscaled, the original version looks like this:
AI upscaling made it sharper, but overall worse. Entertainment under Blizzard is completely unreadable in the upscale.
Most of the time it's better to just remake the meme, upscaling (by any means) usually makes it worse and lazy
Or deep fry it completely.
