Every time I see or hear the phrase bottom surgery, I imagine going in to get a fatter ass.
I had a dream once that a pimp was in charge of alteration surgeries, and trans people walked in and he would go "FO' YOUZ I GIVE MA BOTTOM SURGERY, SHE DA BEST SURGERY, MY MAIN SURGERY" and he was the best doctor in town for it.
