Rule 2: Do not copy the entire article into your post. The key points in 1-2 paragraphs is allowed (even encouraged!), but large segments of articles posted in the body will result in the post being removed. Doesn't he literally have one from the ICC? And the US Govt sanctioned the ICC over it rather than help enforce it?
They opened the process up for "comments and objections". Israels allies like Germany flooded the court with "comments and objections" that have to be worked through, before deciding on the warrant.
Germany once again is on the wrong side of history. There's something rotten in the water in the Rhine.
I don't think Germans should be able to play the "hey listen to us we're genocide experts" card at the UN.
Its super antisemitic of them to shout over the voices of Jews crying "never again" as they witness the genocide in Palestine unfold.
At the ICC it is not about genocide though. It is about specific war crimes. The "objection" by Germany was also not about qualifying what happened, but something procedural along the lines of saying there shouldn't be a prosecution while there still is war. Which of course is equally absurd.
