Once, many moons ago, I read a term that someone used to describe themselves for having ADHD and ASD, but wasn't the term "neurodivergent" since they didn't like its companion term "neurotypical". I wish that I could remember what term they used, because saying AuDHD is still terribly wordy especially spoken out loud, and I don't have the H part.
I have taken to saying that I have triple A, Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety, but that's even more wordy since it requires explanation.
I'm new to the ADHD party, in part because I assumed I didn't have it because I was never H. After reading up on it more though, I think it refers to mental hyperactivity, not just physical hyperactivity. I was never the kid that always spoke up out of turn or had trouble sitting still, but I'm definitely the one that starts/stops projects out of the blue and can't get to sleep because too many thoughts.

The H in ADHD is always used now. I've got a diagnosis ADHD and don't have the H either. It's just what it's called now.
