MODERATORS
I always like to tell people about i2p. It can be very slow and you can't get torrents from the clearweb but it is the absolute top tier for privacy / not getting isp letters. Also if you do try it I recommend i2p+ which works on anything with java. (don't let the exe fool you it runs as a jar)
