Don't see why anyone would even question it, tbh. There's no shortage of videos and pics of him being an absolute creep on women and children (even before he was senile), even lowkey on Killary of all people.

Well, as I said, it was lowkey- but yes. Look up "Biden hugs Hillary" and you'll see plenty even from MSM sites.. basically went in for the hug, then continued for a while even as she tried to tap out and had her arms out low-key T posing lol..
