I don't. Why the fuck are you bringing up sexuality at work? Are you trying to fuck your coworker? Do you job and GTFO.

Depending on what the culture in that job is too, HR might not like you talking about your sexuality like it that

They might be conservative and go all pearl clutchy, or they might just say it makes other co workers uncomfortable
