Just not being healthy enough and not able to eat 2-3 times a day. Poverty is the best diet, though I'm not saying I'm that poor.

Due to me not handling my finances well, I had to rely on just drinking water for a couple of weeks. The couple of weeks before that, I had to restrict myself to water and some crackers I bought as "emergency rations."

Count calories and go on a calorie deficit. But that's just losing weight. If you want to be healthy while doing it, there's more to it.
