Developers do not look for reports on social media, so they will not see it and all it does is clutter up the feed.
Most of the KDE apps cost money in the MS store. But you can compile them yourself if you want it for free.

The few euros that reach the projects, helps fund development. There are also some apps on Steam and it is the same idea.
