Reminds me of the beginning of katawa shoujo where the mc gets a bunch of nice things from classmates but then is really sad when he learns the teacher just made his hospitalization into a class project.
Governments fucking love that shit.
Reminds me of something they used to make us chant in elementary school assemblies when our principal took the stage.
