I really hate that. I hate the idea that society has given up on making good TV. A good TV show is like a crack rock. It's all promethazine and 7Up now
We agree on that score. That's the tricky thing about shows that are genuinely that good, you finish them fast. I actually don't mind when they release them once per week. Delicious in Dungeon looms larger in my memory than Blue Eyes Samurai, even though I liked BES a bit more.
I wasn't interested and walked away half way through the first episode, but my wife kept watching. That got me to give it another try. It changes dramatically after the first episode. That's the only episode where they're kids. The show spans decades, and time jumps quickly.
Reaction videos are a popular format right now. People watch other people watch dumb TV. The Truman Show seems damned near brilliant compared to that.

Dead End: Paranormal Park
I noticed it but haven't gotten into it yet, saving it for when the boy is mature enough to get those themes. Owl House is more his level.
You've got pretty good taste in toons, by the way.
Children are never too young to be traumatized by Infinity Train!
That is yet another top tier recommendation, and I haven't even heard of that one. Quite the hat trick!
My Adventures With Superman
Please, my NAS can barely keep up ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
Little Demon.
That's got the DeVitos and Aubrey Plaza? How did I miss that?
Drag is out of modern hidden gems. It's time for old stuff.
Kaiji: Ultimate Survivor
I won't fuss. Any love for Megalo Box?
Arcane was brilliant. They're still making good TV, but like always, it's the exception.
I haven't given it a chance yet, but thanks for the nudge. I should keep a more open mind.
