Another wonderful review by Warlockracy, with a very novel twist.

I'd posit that a core part of the trans experience is being able to have authority over how you wish to be refered to, actually.

Sounds like you need to spice up your commute.

Was this Genesis or Deuteronomy?

I spent a good while trying to find it before posting, so I could include proper artist credit, but I just don't have it in me to scroll through so much porn rn. While I was looking, I found a very (very) similar work by the same artist tho :) CW: Porn Site

kinda wish there was a 'suggestive' tag or something.

[-] rosahaj@lemmy.blahaj.zone 41 points 1 month ago

Yup, sorry about that, I wasn't sure if it qualified, but I'll keep that in mind for future reference, apologies.

I've really got to go to conventions more, I hear of so many novel things going on.

Sexually charged, though otherwise usual situations are also just a lot of fun.

I would argue that just flirting around with friends is like, a top 10 experience ever.

Baking Bread (lemmy.blahaj.zone)

Hey, c/frugal, I was reading through this little post, (https://lazysoci.al/post/23833029) when a comment about baking bread reminded me of something I had heard back on reddit: that apparently baking bread is a great way to be frugal. I haven't had bread for a while, and would love to engage with the bread-eating community again, and so I wish to ask your favorite frugal bread recipes! From loaves to naan, I would love your input :) P.S. I would also love to ask what you all think of breadmakers, are they a good frugal buy?

Heydon has released a new video in their 'Webbed Briefs" series, come check it out, and support video content off of YouTube!

When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs every morning to help me get large. And now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs, so I'm roughly the size of a barge.

sorry, I poorly communicated. I noted this probably isn't the right comm, but I'm hoping for advice on what things to look out for to ensure something that will last. Although on the toilet paper note, I hear some zerowaste people have something similar. No point to that, just felt like mentioning it haha

also undershirts and shapewear are underwear, but i didn't have a better all encompassing title, and to americans underwear = underpants alternate words are welcome, so I can edit :)

Underwear is one of the things that I struggle to use second-hand, and I'm not sure if I intend to change that (lest some nowaste people teach me mystical ways and methods :P) But the fact is that I can only use what I've got currently for so long, and so I turn to you.

I am not looking for specific reccomendations exclusively, and the type of underwear (underpants, brasseries, undershirts) are all welcome for discussion! But I'm hoping to find advice which will help me find something that will last, and to a decent standard (i.e, don't use polyester socks, due to smell).

So please lend your advice for finding Bras, Briefs, Bobbysocks, and Bundershirts!

EDIT: Also advice on what materials are better suited to different climates is also well appreciated! (I tend to leave my posts personal detail agnostic so they can serve as resources for others :))

Ok, I will try to find more dying people in my area, thank you!

Have You Read the Paean to SMAC? (paeantosmac.wordpress.com)

I find it my solemn duty to inform you all about a little blog on the internet, that being paeantosmac.wordpress.com

I personally read through it at least once a year, and it's an interesting read on an older game, I recommend trying it out!

Hi there, I came here to the BIFL Lemmy out of suspicion that the reddit posts are just unlabelled marketing, and I was wondering the possibility of sourcing goods that are more to a BIFL standard? In my area, second hand goods tend to be really quite poor in quality (reselling fast fashion) or otherwise not present, and I have not inherited anything that does last. So I would apprecite advice or reccomendations for finding goods at a BIFL standard. I was also wondering if maybe there would be anyone with good advice for finding sustainable, local textile production so that I may be able to tailor what I need without having to buy from the poor selection aforementioned, does anyone know of any of this?

TL:DR I am suspicious that a lot of what is claimed as 'BIFL' has been enshittified, and would like advice on being able to search for sustainable goods for a local area (not specified because I'm hoping for advice with searching, not exactly for specific reccs)

With the recent happenings in the United States, the dangers of the privately owned Internet is more apparent than ever, and frankly, it's scary. And so I'd like to make a simple request to anyone who is reading this; Please use the Fediverse, just a little more.

I personally hate it when I'm stuck having to visit say, YouTube or Reddit to get information, or to entertain myself in quiet moments, and if you're reading this, the likely chance is you're the same.

All I want to ask of you is to just comment a few more times, press send on that post that you felt wasn't of enough substance to be worth anyone's time. We have such a small community compared to everywhere else, but what we do have in common is that, in the grand scheme of things, we are the early adopters. And if we take that to heart and make this space a little bigger, maybe it will be just big enough we won't have to visit walled gardens so often.

Thank you :)

I feel as if the requests for instances hasn't been very productive, so I'd like to ask the community; are there any specific Peertube channels or videos that you've found interesting or worth someone's attention?
