It's at least misleading 😛

But I have to agree that for any non-math people this would convey the right idea, whereas "quadratic improvement" would probably not mean anything 🤷

Worst bugs usually hide in the most trivial causes 😭

TBH I'm not sure wider adoption would worsen things ? Gaming distros would probably ship bullshit anticheat modules by default while the others would not, or at most provide some documentation on how to opt in.

I think it's quite similar to the situation with NVIDIA proprietary drivers? (I don't own a graphics card so I'm not super aware on this topic)

Although, it's super common to ear that any problem is to blame on her. It's so common it has become kind of a running gag. "Oh there is a scratch on my car thank you so much Hidalgo".

Some explanation I heard is that people living in Paris or very close kinda like her (expect the richer right-winged neighborhoods in the west) but people outside of Paris hate her more because Paris might be less accessible by car than it used to be. My own take on this is that it's bullshit and Paris was never accessible by car, I have very clear childhood memories of my parents looking for a parking spot for more that 15 minutes while swearing they would never take the car to go to Paris ever again.

En gros c'est c'est basé sur un argumentaire massivement anti-Europe, pro Trump et anti guerre (se défendre étant soutenir la guerre). L'article est construit sur des citations d'éditorialistes et invités des chaines Bolloré (surtout P. Praud).

So I guess for Firefox users it's time to enable the resist fingerprinting option ? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/resist-fingerprinting

Also, I don't get how people just accept that any input they perform will require an average of 1s for feedback.

But at least now I understand why macs are so popular...

What a big pile of shit software, I swear I'm just gonna quit because of this ass smelling garbage.

Today I discovered that C:/Users/MyUser was silently an alias of C:/Users/OneDriveBullshit/MyUser only in the explorer. So I just figured out why some documents were often disappearing for months, I'm just working on a multiverse were depending on the application the same path don't lead to the same folder.

Earlier this week I unzipped a file and couldn't remove resulting files without administrator privileges.

I've never lost so much time for any fucking software, let alone a paid one. And don't even get me starting on the fucking ads they put everywhere even if you unchecked the 154 options in 42 different menus.

So we've reached the point where the web doesn't exist anymore in the general opinion, it's just wall gardened apps now ? 🙁 #web4.0

I think you think too much, most people just want a browser that works and they have one preinstalled on their phone / computer. So when you arrive and recommend Firefox they just hear "Hey ! You have a browser that works, why won't you spend time installing this one that works just as fine, I swear".

Extensions and privacy might look like killer features but they are a bit too abstract to be adoption arguments (why would you even need extensions if your browser is so good).
