I I believe Linux appeals to a specific group of users. Personally, I rely heavily on Microsoft Office. Unfortunately, LibreOffice and OpenOffice don't meet my needs because they often alter document formats when I share files across different platforms.

Well I was IP banned on reddit. Anybody on reddit that uses my ip address gets an automatic ban forever. I don't know exactly what I said or do. I tried appealing no response till date. Got tired of trying different vpn just for reddit and had to move.

I left windows because of the unauthorized data stealing and forced updates. linux has been a god sent and haven't look back.

Threads is just another gimmicky clone of Twitter, there is not new or interesting about it plus it collects all your personal data.

Both arch and endeavor OS don't have the gui pacman interface they are terminal based distro. Manhor makes it easy to use without even opening up the terminal to do anything. Most people and new user are not too comfortable with using the terminal. So the gui helps to make things simple.
