Over all Beethoven and his fifth piano concerto.

Bloodsport OST Paul Hertzog. Literally everything on this album is a masterpiece. If you haven't zoned out to this album or watched the movie you're doing yourself a disservice.

I think what people generally want is not reddit. The mods in reddit have almost no accountability from admin.

Oftentimes comments are removed just because a mod doesn't agree or like the content.

I was banned from r/Ukraine simply for saying we shouldn't demonize the entire population of Russia for the actions of their government. I later argued with the mod through their "arbitration process" and he would not unban me. (What really hurt is that I'm Ukrainian. It was an improvement sub for me)

No one wants that! Please don't let that happen here!

It is amazing to me how these people call the ancient Egyptians primitive.

Although they may be considered primitive by today's technological standards, they were very, very smart and accomplished tremendous things with very little resource.

They were not primitive intellectually. They were smart, capable and intelligent people.

Two more points I'd like to address about the cutting of these rocks number one archaeologists replicated the way these rocks would be cut with technology they would have during the time that these rocks were cut. Number two. They would drag the rocks. They dragged the rocks.

Oh, and constructions like the Great pyramids would often take generations to complete and these weren't done in a couple of years these things took decades if not more.

Please! For the love of God! Get rid of tipping!

I hate tipping! As the consumer I should not be responsible for proving a living wage for someone else's employees!

Let's for a second take stock of what's happening here.

The ad revenue is falling short of the projected prediction of what it was supposed to be. As in the profit from ad revenue did not reach that arbitrary number.

Reddit is still grossly profitable.

This is the same kind of headline that says Facebook lost 11 bagillion dollars but in reality they didn't lose a dime they just didn't make as much as they wanted to.

Lemmy is getting better and better at an exponential rate. I still use Reddit but eventually I expect to fully be on Lemmy.

It's actually not that hard. If the assigned tasks are being fulfilled within set parameters there's really nothing to observe and keep track of. What they're worried about and what they can't monitor and observe is what the employees are doing outside of those tasks.

My friend works from home he does all his work and in the down time he'll run errands, work out, and play pool at his local bar. Whatever. His work is fully completed and submitted and his performance views are top notch.

And that's pretty much the only thing employers need to be worried about. How well the work is being completed.

Fuck the office.

It's almost like who need abortions are going to get them regardless of how legal they are.

Amazing.
