Im currently doing my bachelors in Computer Science somewhere in Europe, and im wondering what the best universities to do the masters are? Each ranking seems to say a different thing after the very top (delft, and ETH, but those I can’t go to due to annoying admission requirements)

To make it more complete. Netanyahu needs Hamas to be seen as the actual government of the Palestenians, instead of the Palestinian Authority to make it that much easier to reject the two state solution. Hamas needs to trigger Israel into being brutal so that they can keep their power and reject a two state solution.

So, I had to shutdown my mini pc home server (on NIXOS) so that it could be used for something else. Most of my data is in a pair of external hdds in a RAID configuration. However the Postgres database was in the boot drive. I still have it, but it refuses to boot anywhere else (tried some old spare laptops). How can I recover it?
