And set the date format to YYYY.MM.DD for the entire world. Americans and Europeans can stop arguing.

this made me uncontrollably angry , its YYYY-MM-DD not YYYY.MM.DD

I'm not attempting to argue communism is not bad in my comment, I believe this is even more true if you believe communism is bad.

I am strictly saying comparing Nazism and communism does not give a full picture, which is, AFAIK, something that experts in Soviet history, some of which I quoted, agree with.

What I'm trying to say is that comparing the two you risk either reducing the weight of crimes committed by Nazis, which are worse than those committed in any communist state, I hope you'll agree and also risk loosing the detail distinguishing the two.

I would elaborate further, but I want to make this comment shorter to make what I'm saying a bit more accessible.

FYI:

Many developments initially criticized as ghost cities did materialize into economically vibrant areas when given enough time to develop, such as Pudong, Zhujiang New Town, Zhengdong New Area, Tianducheng and malls such as the Golden Resources Mall and South China Mall. While many developments failed to live up to initial lofty promises, most of them eventually became occupied when given enough time.

Reporting in 2018, Shepard noted that "Today, China’s so-called ghost cities that were so prevalently showcased in 2013 and 2014 are no longer global intrigues. They have filled up to the point of being functioning, normal cities".

Similar thing happened across the border, in Ukraine, with a pacifist being accused of "justifying the war", as reported by Democracy Now!

Honestly I hope the BRICS bank does come to fruition. China has already done a lot for the developing world and an alternative for the IMF which doesn't require implementing neoliberal policies would benefit many counties.

As I stated before, elsewhere:

if you watched How To Blow Up A Pipeline (2022) and are inspired to take action as shown in the movie DON'T! The procedure shown in the movie is unsafe and can get you arrested, injured or worse!

If you want to follow the advice given in the book the film was based on, make sure you exercise caution and involve members of your community who have expertise and materials needed to construct IEDs!

Happy, and more importantly safe, IED making!

Yeah, though I find the difference between how he is treated by media compared to Russian opposition members a more interesting part of the story. Can you imagine how quickly CNN would pick up a story of a Russian activist being jailed for protesting the SMO?
