Off topic but what's the point of a book that thick other than novelty? Would make much more sense to just separate into volumes

I'm sure this is not a new thing, but I just found out about it, and I think it's pretty neat!

Now hear me out, there are some apps that are more or less just study guides but I was thinking of something like Duolingo that could handle math inputs up to like calculus levels. I know this is possible because sites like symbolab, Wolfram and even the testing and homework software the schools use can decipher complex functions and determine if they're correct.

How come no one has made a gamified math tool for people at the college level? One reason ive heard said is "noone is interested" but... Money is very interesting and I know plenty of college students would be drooling for an app like this.

So I'm just asking you all, what do you think would be the big holdout for you as a developer to not take on a project like this. Why do you think no one's made it?

I'm tired boss. I've had a really rough semester and I can't look at my calculus without my eyes glazing over. Now that it's time for the final I'm looking back at all the concepts I had "breakthrough" moments with... And I got nothing. Can't remember a lick. I don't have any gusto in me still, I'm already planning to retake the course but fuck me ive never experienced burnout like this.

Is this normal?

Sure, but "there's no stupid requests for knowledge" doesn't really roll off the tongue

See, this doesn't fall into that though does it? You're asking a question maliciously with probably a pretty good idea that the question doesn't make sense.

For someone who doesn't know something, asking is the smartest thing you can do

Tbh I think this is a perfect example of "there are no stupid questions"

Person didn't know or didn't think about currents, bet you he still got roasted though

Life has been so hard lately, I'm going to school which means I'm working less hours and barely scraping by. I have all these art skills and backgrounds in animation and design, a plethora of computer knowledge and I'm pretty crafty. But I cant for the life of me seem to figure out what I should sell. I've tried Etsy, with a few paintings, some 3d prints I've designed, even a coloring book I made, but alas, I've got a total of 2 views and no sales.

Maybe I just don't know what people want, what would you guys buy online?

I've saved a few but I see no way to access them

For me, I think it was when I was playing in the yard, and saw one of my mom's pots of dirt for her garden, and I thought "yeah this would be good to dump on my lap"

It was full of fire ants. Big, angry, north carolinian fire ants.

I was covered in red welts and all I remember is screaming at the top of my lungs while my mom sprayed me down with a hose

I said this once, the interviewer said " thank you but we're looking for people who are passionate about the work here"

It was a fucking burger king

I know this is a joke, but if you really want to improve your character play, I highly suggest taking a full week, spending 20 -30 mins a day roleplaying to imagined scenarios, replying to them out loud.

As most actors can tell you, if you want to nail down a character all you need is practice, once you gain that confidence you'll be the most interesting character at the table
