She moved a bit
Had a 3 day weekend and I think she really enjoyed the extra time. She's been super cuddly the last few days and when not in snuggle or play mode she's been sure to sleep close to where I'm sitting. She turns 10 in June and I've got her birthday booked off so we can have a party.
That is freaking adorable what a good kitty
She's cool as hell. I've had many y cars in my life and Darby is really a whole different beast than the like 30 or so I've lived with before. Pushing 10 and is still essentially a kitten, needs a solid hour or so of play time, still jumps me and play fights all the time (taught her that she can only bite me on the knuckles as a kitten and I go in wirh a curled fist so she can't do damage, when she misses and hits something soft she pulls back quick) and is hilariously defensive of me, if people visit she growls at them and then gets on a perch and stares them down the whole time. I had roommates and lived in punk houses for most of her life, so it's not like she wasn't used to other people, she just put them in their fucking place. Absolutely the sweetest cat to me specifically and 
to the rest of the world.

She's strategizing against The Penguin (I found the loose knit plush ball shapes penguin ans it's her favorite toy. She's good at tactics too, she has surprised me with flanking before and belly crawls under my my stand to sneak

Must claim fresh laundry!
My cat used to climb all over our laundry if we left it unattended after pulling it fresh out of the drier. And of course, she'd shed fur all over.
I just make a big pile for her to enjoy. It's gonna get covered in fur anyway
