I know this might be an unpopular opinion depending on who is online, but 99.9% of pugs and almost every bulldog should be euthanized because allowing them to exist is animal cruelty.

I applaud the efforts of ethical breeders trying to return them to healthy animals, but anyone who buys an animal who was bred to suffer for life should experience the worst kind of genital mutilation for the genitals they have.

I think the existing pugs and bulldogs don't suffer enough to appreciate an euthanasy - it takes a lot to override the natural will to live and the survival instinct. I suggest to euthanize all the irresponsible breeders instead.

Imho not unpopular at all. Anyone with a working common sense agrees with that. And i hope the ban on breeding those poor creatures comes soon in my country.

e.g. the Netherlands already banned it. Absolut correct decision.

What? No. The breeding should be banned, and has been in places, but it's too extreme to want every currently living one to be put down. A lot of people would get very violent, understandably, if you told them you're going to take their beloved pet, and fucking kill it.

I met a pekingese terrier at a music festival. His eyes were lovated completely outside of his head. His nose and mouth were normal though, not squished and sad. He was the most hideous dog I’ve ever seen. I loved him soooooooo much. I hung out with him so much that weekend and told him how much I loved him. RIP Winston.
