Probably the closest RL example you'll get, but we had kind of a stir at the hospital I work at, maybe... idk, 5 years ago now? Anyway, patient had a prosthetic leg, and kept a handgun hidden inside it. One of the nurses or techs was giving the dude a spongebath or something and spotted the gun; called security, and the dude ended up getting escorted out by police.
No idea if he was actually charged with anything, or if he just got 'fired' as a patient and banned from the hospital.
