It mostly happens in the skies because they know their roads and bridges are poorly maintained and would collapse from a row of tanks.
Now you've gone and got me excited for the parade of all things. 
There are plenty of military jet fly bys at major sporting events pretty frequently, that's like a tiny air parade lol
