i banned microsoft products from my life for a long time now and you should too.
Using company email for anything other than work purposes has always been a terrible idea.
Well, after years and years and years and years of hating Microsoft for techie reasons, then privacy/"telemetry" reasons, and removing them in all ways from my life wherever possible, now I can hate them for being morally bankrupt in other ways.
On the plus side, they continue to validate my nearly twenty years of touching their software only when paid to do so.
My hate for Microsoft started with its anticompetitive business practices.
So, basically always then? Yeah, me too :)
the night at the roxbury vid was funny
but gates can still steve my ballmers...
That's part of "techie reasons" for me. 😁
I make it clear at the interview stage that I won't work with any Microsoft products as a condition of my employment. Around the same time as I say I won't be working on-call. Its a great way to filter out bad companies
Just start referring to it as “Isn’trael” then.
Feels like at a certain point folks will have to choose between being a Microsoft employee or being pro Palestine.
seems like that certain point is now, if not very, very soon :P
