This is a very sad step on their way to making Android an effectively closed ecosystem.

Yes, I've noticed one or two apps acting up, pretty annoying.
Google doing its best to push me away from all their stuff. It's probably for the best since they have become so toxic anyway.

It's still incredibly easy to pass basic and device with the AOSP keybox, and keyboxes that pass strong aren't terribly hard to come by.
