I like Caruso but holy shit how are the refs just letting him get away with hacking and pushing players.
End of 3Q. To be fair to the Pacers, even when they’re not playing well, they’re only (being generous here) down 19. Other teams would be down by 30+ by now when the Thunder do their avalanche runs.
Tyrese also had like 3 points and 2 TO, must be a TO high for him at half. He will adjust in Indy.
Yeah he definitely needs to be more aggressive. He started taking more shots in the 4th, but it was too late to make a run by then. Needs to be more active earlier in the game.
Thunder learned their game one lesson and did not relent after that first run, kept the lid on.
Game Six - 19 June
Game Seven - 21 June
Welp, I guess that’s it. What an anti-climactic ending. Teams can only wish refs called their defense the way they do OKC.
Imma be here for this!
I can't believe these fucking rejects are the people ESPN trots out for halftime show of game 7 of the NBA finals.
ESPN product is so horrific it is mind boggling. They have to be produced by reality TV wannabes at this point because that is what the editing feels like.
Game One - 05 June
My heart says Thunder in 7, my brain says Thunder in 5...
My desire says Thunder in 4.
My dementia says Thunder in 2
This is so fucking exciting.
Game Three - 11 June
The bench unit going hard exhausted the Thunder so now the Pacers starters are taking advantage of the tired OKC starters. This is what the Pacers needed, that bench production.
Halftime. Carlisle should keep the bench unit in when they’re cooking. Turner hasn’t really been great outside of the occasional 3 once a quarter. I also like how aggressive the Pacers are compared to the past 2 games. If refs won’t give them the same easy fouls as the Thunder, then they should just go hard and attack the paint.
Carlisle waited too long to bring in TJ back in 2nd half. He came in only at the end of 3rd.
Bout time someone gave OKC a taste of their own medicine (suffocating defense).
Game Four - 13 June
Really stressful, but I’m glad for the W.
I’m at a concert right now and there’s no tv at the bar lol. So I’m just checking the play-by-play. Looks like The Extender is doing his job based on what I’ve read.
Honestly it was pretty evenly reffed, and the Pacers missed a shit ton of free throws. It felt like the Thunder lost even with the win. Pacers are going to adjust big.
