While the punchline is funny, it's probably worth at least likewise considering that Natalie Portman's experience with her first film resulted in – at 13 years old – being sexualized pretty much instantaneously, an experience which may've (I can't find any quotes confirming or denying) impacted how she negotiates with nudity in roles she takes throughout her career.

The worst ones off the top of my head were Spears and Emma Watson. Holy crap the sleazy press crowed when they turned “legal”. It was pretty gross. No shortage of sketchy leering photographs when they were under age, too.

The olsen twins were also caught in the same nonsense.

That was extra fucked up, as they had been public figures since they were toddlers.

Ah, yep. Forgot about them. Cyrus, Lohan…a ton of the popular girl stars from Disney and other entertainment types all suffered. I thing the singers suffered worse, and those backed by Disney’s publicity machine that put them in the public eye more often.

Wasn't there a countdown until they were legal? I mean, it's probably not unique but I do think there was a rather public countdown for them specifically.

Probably; I remember there definitely was for Emma Watson.

There's a bit during the credits of the movie The Master of Disguise where someone, while asking if the main character can turn into absolutely anyone, floats the idea of the Olsen Twins; they were 16 when that movie was released (which probably means they were 15 when the scene was filmed).

Found a good article that goes into it, and yeah it basically what you'd expect.
