Where tf did you find this monstrosity?

[-] Someone@lemmy.ca 9 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

It's Pizza the Hutt. For a cheese grater, you're not very up to date on your shredded cheese based characters.

[-] cheese_greater@lemmy.world 6 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

Take that back 🔫🤙🫦

Im a cheese greater

[-] cecilkorik@piefed.ca 6 points 10 months ago

You're a cheese not-great-enough if you haven't watched Spaceballs.

[-] dualphasesaber@piefed.social 5 points 10 months ago

That's Pizza the Hut from Space Balls.

Dom DeLuise*

It even says it on the wiki you linked

[-] AbidanYre@lemmy.world 3 points 10 months ago

Dom DeLuise gave it a voice, but it was from the mind of Mel Brooks

[-] fartographer@lemmy.world 4 points 10 months ago

Oh! Yes. I thought you were saying that Mel Brooks was Pizza the Hut. But now I get it.

Q. Where tf did you find this monstrosity
A. Mel Brooks('s mind)

Sorry, I got my Schwartz twisted

[-] Aatube@kbin.melroy.org 2 points 10 months ago

Normal people would see a need for mental health care for this individual, instead they traumatized them until they self harmed

[-] Dasus@lemmy.world 1 points 10 months ago

Pretty much this exact thing happened to me.

Being taken without due process can be somewhat traumatising.

I wish. Bush wasn't nearly as corrupt, or as evil.

[-] furzegulo@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

Bush is by comparison a straight up Marcus Aurelius to Trump

[-] Boddhisatva@lemmy.world 1 points 10 months ago

Hard disagree. Bush was as corrupt and evil, he just wasn't as competent and lacked the full support of the GOP which was somewhat more sane in those day.

[-] prole@lemmy.blahaj.zone 4 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

Bush was definitely not nearly as evil. Cheney and Rumsfeld, maybe. Bush was a useful idiot.

lacked the full support of the GOP

Yeah, that's not how I remember it.

[-] Boddhisatva@lemmy.world 3 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

Bush knew that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 and invaded anyway because he wanted to finish what daddy started. How many innocents suffered and died because of that decision? He authorized kidnapping people off the street in foreign nations and throwing them in black sites to be tortured without any evidence that they were actually enemies or criminals. He's responsible for enough death and suffering that Trump actually still has some catching up to do, though I concede he is well on his way.

Also, the GOP in the Bush ere was not the rubber stamp it is now. They still pretended to care about what was right and wrong. That is no longer the case.

Stop white-washing Bush and acting like he was a well-meaning, doddering, buffoon. He wasn't.

How is the onion even still going with these fucking clowns doing shit for such insane headlines??

[-] SereneSadie@lemmy.myserv.one 3 points 10 months ago

Coming from the dog killer (and probably eater).

Its always projection with regressives.

[-] tubthumper@lemmy.world 2 points 10 months ago

“I know Ron’s doing a second one... and probably a couple of more, and you know, at some point they might morph into a system where you’re going to keep it for a long time.”

Talk about burying the lede. Yet another plain-as-day admission by Trump that this is not and was never going to stop at immigrants.

[-] HellsBelle@sh.itjust.works 2 points 10 months ago

I ... what?????

[-] Evil_Shrubbery@lemmy.zip 1 points 10 months ago

Did he have his ribs removed (which he also ate)?

[-] Guidy@lemmy.world 0 points 10 months ago

Is it time to start using the word “retarded” again?

I used to think I missed the 1980s, but now I’m not so sure.

[-] FriendFatale@leminal.space 1 points 10 months ago

theyre literally trying to genocide developmentally disabled people. dont make it easier to dehumanize people

[-] ksigley@lemmy.world 1 points 10 months ago

Aye. Don't say it just because hateful people won't judge you for it; don't use it because people with love in their hearts will.
