Hi! I've installed Adobe CC Desktop app and patched with GenP, but I can't install apps. The Install button appears but when I click it, the app attempts to install and fails. And a second later, a Retry button appears. I've tried uninstalling and starting over, but the same thing keeps happening. I did it months ago on another computer and there were no problems. Please, I need help.

This issue is already addressed in the Troubleshoot Section of the GenP Guides. Under the heading "CC App Errors", you will find all the relevant information to resolve this problem.
