I think it is slightly, or just different cameras. Those chairs are the same on both photos.
They could have been reupholstered, it looks like the ones in the bottom pic have a slight shiny pattern while the top ones don't. But it does look like saturation is off even looking at the paint on the fireplace

Clarification:
The Pee Pee Tape purportedly shows Trump directing two underage prostitutes to pee on the bed that Barack and Michelle Obama had slept on when they visited Moscow during his presidency.
