That's why you get a fan to blow on you because that blows the monsters away, but then you can also put a sheet on to add double layers of protection.
Even a blanket isnt much armor against some critters. They like the warmth better than you do

You can get cooling blankets. I have one and it's great, apart from the fact that it's super slick and sometimes slides off the bed.
My current quilt is 1.5 tog. It's so thin it barely exists. It's brilliant ❤️
