Local authority cites the reason as a 500m long tunnel that can under no circumstance having traffic stand still in it.

The Autobahn LLC has not answered any inquiries as to how they plan to not make this happen after summer school break is over

The A100 here cost about 3 million eurodollars per km and it didn't help but once we get to building the A101 slip road that costs 4 million eurodollars per kilometer surely we may solve this problem

Inner city highways are the wunder waffen of urbanism. Expensive and ineffective while putting public funds into the hands of contractors.

Only 6 lanes? They need at least 24 to solve traffic forever.

It's been open for 2 days and already screwed the pooch, the only option left is to turn 6 lanes of autobahn into the Wuppertal Hochbahntrasse, keep 2 lanes open for cyclists, pedestrians and such and make the other ones shops and bars

Building Saudi Arabia’s “The Line” but it’s just every two lane interstate where one side is left as road and the other is turned into never ending connected businesses

The sad part is they torn down a bunch of old Berlin Clubs just to build the highway.
