Hey all! I want to get her something DnD related which is more personal than just dice or something. I was thinking of getting her art of her cats as DnD characters, which ones are best? And is there any other present you'd suggest?

My SO got me a displate of dnd classes as cats. It’s so cute and I love it. Also can’t go wrong with to dice.

I think there is a pottential in personalized "Deck of Many Things" that can be achived in many ways depending in your resources. It's infamous tarot-like item with (usualy) 13 cards like jester, moon, scull. You can commission things, draw things, write short poems or use photos from shared moments that somehow relate to that. Or do the drowning of the cats in different roles. You can buy blank cards with fancy backs, you can cut them out of cardboard... There is a potential there I think.

Do you know what her character(s) are like in the game(s) shes in? Sounds like your not familiar with dnd which is totally fine. Any info would help.

Otherwise just make em look like rogues or something fitting to there personality

Paladin/fighter: typical knights (the former being more crusader)

Barbarian: self explanatory

Bard: charmer, artist, talker

Cleric: healer, god chosen

Druid/ranger: self explanatory

Monk: unarmed fighter

Warlock/sorcerer/wizard: magic stuffs (warlock traded for abilities, sorcerers innate ability, wizard discover or learned abilities)

Rogue: thief/assassin, they typically handle finding traps or lock picking. General sneaky stuff

Idk if that helps

She says she likes Critical Role, and her favorite characters are usually the ones Sam Riegel plays. Especially Scanlan Shorthalt. If i say that to an etsy person that does dnd art will they know what it's mean?

Maybe? Scanlan was a Bard and gnome i believe. Theres lots of art for critical role! If the artist you contact isn't familiar they'll have lots to draw inspiration from
