The only title I could find for it was: "A semi-nude woman with exaggerated staring eyes and chained wrists representing madness. Mezzotint by W. Dickinson, 1775, after R. Pine."

Yes it appears to be untitled which explains my difficulty finding it a with tin eye. It's such a shame, this painting deserves to be wildly famous; her eyes speak to my soul.
