A reminder: Bards can cast Healing Word, while Paladins can use Lay On Hands.

High CHA and immunity to disease, and their gods are pagan-style, not monotheism-style. You can probably argue yourself into thinking that most of the gods are compatible with celibate or "no sex before marriage" paladins, but it doesn't necessarily make more sense than promiscuous paladins!
