Hey listen, the Prince is a busy man. He's overseeing at least three different major cities in Cities: Skylines and a dozen more 40K armies posed to make the jump to hyperspace. How do you expect him to squeeze in a call from some lowly diplomat out of a third world country with all that on his plate?
