No, it's an old school browser strategy game. You build a planet with mines for production and colonise more planets, build a fleet and attack other players. Looks simple on the surface but can be quite complex if you go down the path of a fleeter.
You can try now universe 5 which is running since last November and join universe 6 coming November.
I played this back around 2007, always had fond memories of it. It has a simple setup but becomes complex once you get rolling. My friends like idle games, I bet I could get them on board.
Nice, the more, the better.
I like that you can idle just fine, if you don't have much time to play, or get into the complexity of fleeting if you are down for it.
