Personally, I do not like the default launcher on most phones. It makes your home screen look messy. But I can't get used to pure minimal either. I still want it to be a bit of an eye candy.

That's why I fell in love with TinyBit Launcher. When you spend enough time ricing it it can look really good.

KISS is the goat

I tried it out. Didn't like the fixed number of home screen apps and needing to menu delve to increase the list size in order to add another app. I realize that doesn't come up often, but Minimo didn't have that problem.

Seems cool but the privacy policy is lacking. The third party data offloading is questionable. Olauncher is a better alternative if privacy is important https://f-droid.org/packages/app.olauncher
