People always talk about food, water, housing, healthcare, education, etc being human rights, but bathrooms should be close to the top of the list.
Food would be first, but once you can get enough to eat, sooner or later you're going to find yourself in need of a toilet. Not being able to use one when you need to because you couldn't afford it is just plain wrong.
So...carry TP with me in public, if I ever go to China.
