Don't forget they just jailed someone for quoting fountain neck Kirk. The person has a $2 mil bond as he incited violence for ~~quoting him.~~
Edit 2# quoting trump not C.K. thanks [@BrokenGlepnir@lemmy.world](https://lemmy.world/u/BrokenGlepnir

that is 100x more insane than this teacher. both are egregious but good lord, this dude's arrest needs to be headline news. why isn't it? he was a former cop, doesn't this country love those?
That article didn't seem to want me to know what the meme he posted was. Think it was this: here
I mean, you can be arrested for breathing, being black on a Friday night, anything. Though I have historically heard that cops are to be avoided at all costs in the south.
You can be arrested for anything yes. But not legally. Of course there's no serious measures to enforce that on cops and need to be---but yes, a cop can arrest anyone in that sense
Days after the attack [on Nancy Pelosi's husband], Kirk spoke about the attacker on his show, "And why is he still in jail? Why has he not been bailed out? By the way, if some amazing patriot out there in San Francisco, or the Bay Area, wants to really be a midterm hero, someone should go and bail this guy out, I get his bail is about $30,000 or $40,000. Bail him out and then go ask him some questions."
Alexandra's post mimicked Kirk's words: "They caught the guy (allegedly)..." she wrote after the alleged gunman was named and arrested. "And why is he still in jail? Why has he not been bailed out? By the way, if some amazing patriot out there in Utah wants to be a midterm hero, someone should go and bail out Tyler Robinson... Bail him out and then go ask him some questions about Charlie."
