I run grapheneos and I use total launcher because it really customizable and I can open any app by siding in the direction of the app in a folder, its a custom setting but soooo worth it. Here's my home screen, I like it simple

Ah fair enough, I never got around to putting it on F-Droid. It's not open source at the moment, but I put the APK on my website.
I used GrapheneOS to get rid of it, along with all the other Google bloatware/spyware.
I use Neo Launcher, it's quite nice and customisable
And unfortunately pretty buggy.
