Premier Danielle Smith has used the ‘notwithstanding clause’ to shield the strike-breaking bill from a court challenge.

The only purpose for the notwithstanding clause, is to violate Canadian's Charter rights. It needs to be removed from the Charter, or the Charter is pointless.
